I’m also a student and musician studying computer science at BC. My goal is to provide you with the best training and nutrition plan that’s tailored to your goals. My training experience incorporates all facets of the science - from stretching, to mobility work, strength training, mindset, plyometrics, cardio etc. My amenities include a fully equipped Home Gym with a power cage, adjustable dumbbells, alongside boxing equipment and a track. I’ve spent a tremendous amount of time and effort in attaining the knowledge required to accomplish your goals, whether they be to slim down, gain muscle, build a specific body type, rehabilitate or achieve athletic goals, I’ve got a plan for it. All pre-existing conditions/disabilities (whether they be mental or physical) will be addressed before proceeding. That said, don’t freak out. I’m a fun loving, relaxed, chill coach. I will encourage you, but I won’t force you to do anything you don’t want to do. There’s always an alternative to achieving your goals. But on that note, I do take a lot of pleasure in pushing myself, alongside my clients. You’ll be surprised what you’re capable of doing when you’re in the right mindset, never setting any limits for yourself, and believing that anything is possible.
